Expectation Management
Most of the conflicts that we get into with our friends, family, children, boss, etc come from a mismatch of expectations. Poor communication leads to mismatched expectations. Here are some quick questions to ask yourself to help with expectation management:
- What you expect?
- Why do you expect that?
- How are you communicating your expectations?
It’s a start
There’s a great wikihow called How to Dissuade Yourself from Becoming a Blogger. It was largely an unsuccessful article; seeing how I am now engaging in blogging.
