Most of the conflicts that we get into with our friends, family, children, boss, etc come from a mismatch of expectations. Poor communication leads to mismatched expectations. Here are some quick questions to ask yourself to help with expectation management:

- Why do you expect that?
- How are you communicating your expectations?
